Extended School Care - Treetops
Tree Tops Breakfast and After-School Club
Our Breakfast and After School Clubs run during term time from 7.30am to 8.45 am (breakfast) and 3.20pm to 6.15pm (after school) in the Acorn Hall.
Activities are varied and change daily. They encourage social interaction with fun games and assorted organised sports, manual dexterity and imagination with the use of construction toys, arts and crafts, books and comics, board games, modelling, and music and supervised free play as well as organised activities.
Registration
Please ensure that you register your child via the Form link below. Once you have completed the form, you will be able to access the booking and payments from your Arbor account under the Clubs tab. Please let us know if you will be paying through childcare vouchers so that your account can be set up to accommodate this.
All bookings and payments are made through Arbor and you can log into your account to book and pay for the sessions you require. Please note, however, that, if the session you require is within the next 2 days, Arbor will not allow you to book it yourself, and you will need to contact the school office or leave a message for Treetops either by email or phone. (The Treetops email address and mobile phone number are below).
The cost of the Breakfast Club is £7.50 per day and the After-School Club is £17.50 per day. These are fixed costs, regardless of when you drop off or collect your child.
Ad Hoc Bookings
It may be that you don't require regular before or after-school care, but want the flexibility to use the club on an ad hoc basis. If this is the case, you will still need to complete the registration process.
To make an ad hoc booking you will need to contact the school by 2.30pm to check availability at the club for that evening's/following morning's session. Places cannot be guaranteed on this basis and will depend on the number of children already booked to attend.
