Nursery Fees and Funding Information

We offer early years education for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds during term time only. Below are the funding entitlements and charges for any regular contracted hours beyond funded provision.

Government-Funded Childcare

 

From September 2025, all 3- and 4-year-olds receive 15 funded hours per week regardless of parental employment. An additional 15 hours per week are available for families where parents meet government work and income criteria.

Eligible 2-year-olds (based on government criteria) can also receive 15- 30 funded hours per week from September. Funded hours are free at the point of delivery.

	Monday to Friday -38 weeks of the year
2-Year-Old Working Families (30)	9:00 AM – 3:00 PM x 5 DAYS
Together for 2’s Funding (15)	9:00 AM – 12:00 PM x 5 DAYS OR 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM x 5 DAYS
3- & 4-Year-Old Universal Funding (15)	9:00 AM – 12:00 PM x 5 DAYS OR 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM x 5 DAYS
3- & 4-Year-Old Working Families (30)	9:00 AM – 3:00 PM x 5 DAYS

  

Additional Top up Hours – non-funded

 

Contracted hours beyond funded entitlements, allowing parents to top up from 15hrs to 30 hrs per week, or pay for 15 hours if not eligible for funding, will cost:

These must be booked termly as part of a fixed schedule (not ad hoc).

 

Wrap –Around Care (Booked termly)

We also offer optional extended care outside of core nursery hours:

All sessions must be part of a fixed weekly schedule (not ad-hoc sessions)

Optional Charges

The following items are not included within funded hours. These charges are optional, and children will continue to receive their funded hours even if parents choose not to access these extras.

Lunch

Children may either:

• Bring a packed lunch from home, or
• Choose a school meal from our lunch menu

 

School meals are charged at £2.93 per day.

Other items

We ask parents to provide nappies and wipes for children who require them. On occasions where these have not been supplied , or run out, and we need to provide them, a charge of 50p per nappy and wipe will apply.
